The building is adaptable to the individual requirements of the tenancy: open landscape offices may be converted to cellular offices, in the same way, as the tenancy can be adapted to the individual firm's requirements without losing the logical coherence between rooms and spaces.
The significant location on the corner of Arne Jacobsen’s Alle and Ørestads Boulevard, close to Ørestad metro station, has played a crucial role in the design of the building; the property's five building bodies include and assemble the surrounding buildings in the business centre. Large glass surfaces of the office building on the ground floor 'communicate' with the surroundings and the arrival area constitute a fluid transition from the outdoor areas.
Common areas for informal meetings like lounge, canteen, cafe and auditorium transform the large office space into friendly zones and tones and materials are carefully curated in a palette of warm glowing oak, dark granite, light ash, dense wool, and integrated light and steel details.
Our aim is to give the visitors the feeling of a warm welcome in a 'corporate', open and dynamic environment.
