    Til at hjælpe med at løse serviceopgaver og administrative opgaver søger tegnestuen Dissing+Weitling en receptionist/blæksprutte pr. 2. januar 2025.

    Vi leder efter dig, som har lyst til at hjælpe med serviceopgaver i et travlt og hyggeligt arkitektmiljø. Måske har du masser af erfaring fra lignende stillinger, eller måske er du i en længere sabbatperiode inden dit studie? Det vigtige er blot, at du er frisk på såvel faste som uforudsete serviceopgaver, og kan se dig selv bidrage til en smidig hverdag på vores mellemstore tegnestue.
    Dine dage kan variere en del, men nogle af de mere faste opgaver er:

    • Ansvar for reception, herunder svare telefon, mails, håndtere postforsendelser og tage imod gæster.
    • Håndtere diverse praktiske og administrative opgaver, bl.a. i forbindelse med ansættelser.
    • Klargøre, servere og rydde af i mødelokaler.
    • Rengøre kaffemaskine, bestille intern forplejning og diverse kontorartikler.
    • Hjælpe med at printe, scanne og arkivere.
    • Holde køkken og tegnestue indbydende og præsentabel.
    • Assistere ved bestilling af forretningsrejser; ophold, flybooking mm.
    • Arrangere events for tegnestuens medarbejdere.

    Arbejdet kræver, at du er udadvendt, har et godt overblik og er frisk på at hjælpe, når der opstår nye opgaver. Vi forventer, at du taler og skriver dansk og engelsk og har gode skriftlige færdigheder, da der også er en del administrative opgaver i jobbet.

    Vi tilbyder til gengæld et hyggeligt socialt arbejdsmiljø i vores transformerede lokaler på Islands Brygge. Vi arbejder i et åbent kontor, som betyder, at vi aldrig er langt fra hinanden, når der er brug for hjælp. Vi arbejder sammen unge og ældre, og er mange nationaliteter sammen på tegnestuen.

    Arbejdstiden er i udgangspunktet på 30-37 timer ugentligt, men kan aftales nærmere.
    Jobstart meget gerne allerede i december, så der er mulighed for oplæring.

    Join our international mobility team in Copenhagen. Dissing+Weitling is looking for a skilled architect with experience in developing bridges, stations and infrastructure design, from concepts to detail design.

    Over the past 30 years, Dissing+Weitling has worked its way up to become one of the world's leading architecture firms within bridge design and mobility. To date, the firm has been involved in more than 400 bridge and site development projects in 60 countries across six continents. We now have a vacant position, so if you have the right skills and desire to work in the first division of international bridge architecture, now is your time.

    About you
    As our new colleague, you will be a key member of our bridge design team, designing all scales of bridges and other structures located all over the world. Your primary tasks will be sketching solutions and following the project in additional phases in close collaboration with the project team. Our work in the field of station design increases, therefore, experience in this field is considered a plus.

    We are looking for a colleague with the following qualifications:

    • A proven and experienced talent for bridge design, minimum three years’ experience.
    • Good analytical and conceptual mindset.
    • Highly skilled at sketching in 3ds Max or Rhino (Grasshopper).
    • Preferably experience with architectural visualizations.
    • Organized, flexible and responsible regarding workflow and deadlines.
    • Good team player – yet capable of working independently.
    • Ability to communicate fluently in English – other languages are a plus.
