  • Dissing+Weitling's proposal for a new bicycle and pedestrian bridge will link neighborhoods in Esbjerg and create coherence with green areas.

    The design proposal will help improve the pedestrian's and biker's ability to move around the city in a more efficient and safe way.

    The bridge runs over 2 heavily trafficked roads and is connected to a green park area in the city.

    The bridge between the northeastern districts and the center of Esbjerg should encourage more commuters to leave their cars, take the bike to the station and the bus terminal and from there continue with public transport.
