  • Dissing+Weitling has transformed and refurbished a significant 1960s property located on Hollænderdybet in Copenhagen. The offices in the building have been transformed into attractive housing, energy consumption has been optimised and the building's special architectural standard has been enhanced and preserved.

Our transformation and refurbishment focus on design initiatives and solutions that give more value to the users and the building itself. The 60s architecture now meets the needs of today’s users – without losing its distinctive architectural and historical character.

  • The old office space has been transformed into contemporary luxury apartments, with new kitchens, bathrooms, installations and interior surfaces.

Furthermore, the building has undergone an extensive exterior renovation on the first floor, with new copper facades facing the street, new entrances and a large roof terrace towards the courtyard. In order to accommodate the lack of recreational areas, the currently paved courtyard will undergo renovation during the next phase.
