Dissing+Weitling has developed a masterplan for the area along Halland Boulevard, establishing the framework for an attractive and cohesive business district that brings together commercial uses, housing, and green qualities.

Høje-Taastrup Municipality already has a strong business community and holds a leading national position in job growth. The masterplan supports this development by offering flexible rental units and shared facilities that can be adapted to a wide range of business types and sizes. The new buildings are organized around shared indoor spaces, fostering greater social interaction between residents and workplaces.
