  • The restoration brings out the spirit of the brewery's founder, J.C. Jacobsen, in the listed building; The interiors have been returned to an historic palette which underlines the elegance of the rooms. The crafted floors, wall panelling, coffered ceilings, bas-relief and sculptures are united by the understated colour scheme. Modern furniture classics lend a contemporary note to the interiors. Their dark shades contrast well with the muted walls and terrazzo flooring.
