Architect and long-standing partner Jesper Henriksen has been appointed CEO of Dissing+Weitling, taking over from Tine Holmboe, who after four and a half years has decided to pass on the baton. At the same time, Hannibal Hink joins the company in a newly created role as Head of Operations.
With these appointments, the leadership team maintains its strong profile and continued focus on both building, transformation and mobility.

  • Following a period of strong results within strategy and sustainability, Tine Holmboe has decided to leave Dissing+Weitling.

“This leadership transition is a natural part of the company’s development, and we greatly appreciate Tine’s efforts. During her tenure, we have professionalised our strategic works, and enhanced our focus on sustainability – something we are both pleased and grateful for,” says Jesper Henriksen.

As an architect, long-standing partner, and head of project management, Jesper Henriksen has played a central role in both the strategic and professional development of the practice. He has led a wide range of significant projects and secured new commissions through successful competitions. With his in-depth understanding of the profession, the clients, and the culture, he will ensure that Dissing+Weitling maintains its DNA and, not least, continues its ambition to create first-class architecture as an independent studio:

I look forward to leading the team I know so well and am so proud of. With its historic roots and professional depth, the practice has established a strong position both nationally and internationally. With a focus on new builds, transformation, and renovation, as well as on mobility and infrastructure, we have a strong foundation across all our business areas – a course we intend to maintain. It will also be a great advantage to draw on Hannibal’s experience in people leadership and business development,” says Jesper Henriksen.

Jesper Henriksen holds a degree in Architecture from the Royal Danish Academy – School of Architecture and has extensive experience in project management, both internally and externally. From 1 December 2025, he will apply his leadership and project management skills at a strategic level.
He will be joined in management by long-standing partners Torben Lindquist and Daniel V Hayden.

Hannibal Hink holds a degree in Architecture from the Royal Danish Academy – School of Architecture and is also a construction economist. He joins Dissing+Weitling from his position as Head of Operations and Associate Partner at Skala Architecture. At Dissing+Weitling, he will share responsibility for the daily operations, bringing with him extensive experience in areas such as contract management, resource planning, and personnel management.

Tine Holmboe will step down at the end of November 2025, while Hannibal Hink and Jesper Henriksen will assume their new roles on 1 December 2025.
